Animal Care and Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Animal Care and Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the AnimalCareandProtectionRegulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 32 (Fees) Section 32(2)— insert— ‘ public authority means— (a) a government entity under the Public Service Act 2008 , section 24; or (b) an entity established under a law of the Commonwealth or a State for a public purpose, whether or not the public purpose is stated in the law.’. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Fees) Schedule 2, item 1(d)— omit, insert— ‘(d) for another corporation or a public authority, if the corporation or authority has— (i) fewer than 10 employees . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 601.43 (ii) 10 to 50 employees. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 902.74 (iii) more than 50 employees. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 202.92’.
