s1 2 s5 Animal Care and Protection Amendment Regulation No. 187, 2006 (No. 1) 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Animal Care and Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the AnimalCareandProtectionRegulation 2002. 3 ‘27A Insertion of new s 27A Part 3— insert — Prescribed species for meaning of animal—Act, s 11 ‘All species of the class Cephalopoda are prescribed for section 11(1)(d) of the Act.
