Application for approval of the Angove Engineering Enterprise Agreement 2011 - 2014.

[1] An application has been made for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Angove Engineering Enterprise Agreement 2011 - 2014 (the Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) by Angove's Pty Ltd T/A Angove's Family Winemakers. The Agreement is a single-enterprise agreement.

[2] On 30 January 2013, I conducted a telephone conference of the parties to explore the application generally including shiftwork arrangements.

[3] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Act as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[4] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 6 February 2013. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 14 November 2014.
