SCHOOL LANDS ENDMENT ACT

No. 13 of 1991

AN ACT to amend the Anglican Church of Australia School

Lands Act 1896.

[Assented to 21 June 1991.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short Title

1. This Act may be cited as the Anglican Church of Australia

School Lands Amendment Act 1991.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Section 5 amended

3. Section 5 of the Anglican Church of Australia School Lands Act 1896* is amended in subsection (1) (c) by deleting "boys" and substituting the following-

" children ".
