C. hlais, Engineer-in-Chief,29/10/87 "-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Frovince of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled,

Railway " shall mean the main line of railway from Port Augusta,
~ i a Government Gums, Farina Town, Hergott Springs, and the Peake, duly authorised by Parliament, and shall include any future exten- sion.
Springs to the Peake, as already constructed, is hereby authorised, | |
and the making and maintaining thcrcof shall be deemed to have been and to be duly authorised by the '' Kergott Springs to Primrose Springs Railway Act, 1883," as if the same had been expressely mentioned and referred to therein, instead of the railway from Hergott Springs to Primrose Springs. |
