Application for approval of the Anderson Industries (Aust) Pty Ltd Newcastle Region Enterprise Agreement 2009.
[1] In accordance with S.185(3)(b) of the Act, Fair Work Australia varies the time for lodging the application to 10 August 2009.
[2] Being satisfied that the requirements of ss.185, 186, 187 and 188 of the Act have been satisfied, Fair Work Australia approves the Agreement. Its nominal expiry date shall be 1 July 2013.
