ANATOMY ACT 1930

ANATOMY (FORMS AND FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Anatomy (Forms and Fees)

Amendment Regulations 1992.

Commencement

2.      These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1992.

Principal regulations

3.      In these regulations, the regulations made under the Anatomy Act 1930*

are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 1 repealed and
regulations substituted

4.      Regulation 1 of the principal regulations is repealed and the following

regulations are substituted —

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Anatomy (Forms and

Fees) Regulations 1933.

Forms

la. The forms set out in Schedule A are prescribed as the forms

to be used under the Act.

Regulation 3 amended

5.      Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting 15.00"

and substituting the following —
