AN ACT to repeal and re-enact section twenty of
the Anatomy Act, 1930-1946.
[Assented to 13th September, 1971.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Short title
| 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Anatomy | and citation. |

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may
be cited as the Anatomy Act, 1930-1971.

| (a) | any post mortem examination of any human body required or directed to be made by any competent legal authority; |
| (b) | any post mortem examination of any human body made by a medical practitioner for the purpose of ascertaining by actual inspection the cause or extent of disease; or |
| (c) | the removal of any tissue from ahuman body for grafting within the |
meaning of the Tissue Grafting and Processing Act, 1956-1966 as amended from time to time. .
