Amey and Telstra Corporation Limited (Compensation)

This matter concerned an appeal by Amey against a decision of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) regarding compensation payable under the *Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988* (Cth) (the SRC Act). Consequently, the court allowed the appeal and set aside the AAT's decision. The matter was remitted to the AAT for redetermination according to law.
