Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936 1

I, ROBERT JAMES ELLICOTT, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

A M E N D M E N T S O F THE TAXI A N D PRIVATE HIRE CAR

REGULATIONS 2

1. Regulation 24 of the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is

amended—

(a)

by omitting from paragraph (3) (a ) "32 cents" and substituting "37 cents";

(b)

by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) "27 cents" and substitut­ ing "32 cents";

(c)

by omitting from paragraph (3A) (a) " 2 4 cents" and substitut­ ing " 2 8 cents";

(d )

by omitting from paragraph (3A) (b) "20 cents" and substitut­ ing " 2 4 cents";

(e) by omitting from paragraph ( 4 A ) ( a ) " 3 2 " and substituting
" 3 7 " ; and
( 0 by omitting from paragraph (4A) (b) " 4 0 " and substituting
" 4 2 " .

2. Schedule 2 to the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is

repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
