Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936'

I, ROBERT JAMES ELLICOTT, the Minister of State for the Capital Terri­ tory, hereby make the following regulations under the Motor Traffic Ord­ inance 1936.

A M E N D M E N T S OF THE TAXI AND PRIVATE HIRE CAR

REGULATIONS 2

Taxi fares

1. Regulation 24 of the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is amended

by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "50 cents" and substituting "75 cents".

Schedule 2

2. Schedule 2 to the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is amended by

omitting—

" F L A G F A L L 5 0 c "

and substituting—

" F L A G F A L L 7 5 c " .
