Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936'

I, IAN MALCOLM MACPHEE, the Minister of State for Immigration and Ethnic Affairs, acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

AMENDMENTS OF THE TAXI AND PRIVATE HIRE CAR

REGULATIONS 2

Taxi fares

1. Regulation 24 of the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations is

amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) "37 cents" and substituting "40 cents";
(b)	by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) "32 cents" and substituting "35 cents";
(c)	by omitting from paragraph (3A) (a) "28 cents" and substituting "31 cents";
(d)	by omitting from paragraph (3A) (b) "24 cents" and substituting "27 cents";
(e)	by omitting from paragraph (4A) (a) "37" and substituting "40"; and
(f)	by omitting from paragraph (4A) (b) "42" and substituting "45".
