Regulations under the Stock Ordinance 1934-1948.

Ordinance 1934-1948, hereby make the following Begulations.

A M E N D M E N T S OF T H E S T O C K E E G U L A T I O N S .

1. Regulation 23 of the Stock Regulations is amended—

1. Re.	Permits to
travel stock.

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words "travelling statement " and inserting in their stead the words " permit to travel stock " ; and

(b) by omitting sub-regulation (3.) and inserting in its stead

the following sub-regulations :—

" (3.) An application for a permit to travel stock shall

be in accordance with Form 14.

(4.) A permit to travel stock shall be in accordance

with Form 14A." .

2yJtegulation 24 of the Stock Eegulations is amended— inspectorm»y

(a) by inserting after the word " Inspector " (first occurring)

the words " or a Police Officer " ; and

(b) by inserting after the word " Inspector " (second occurring)

the words " or Police Officer ".
