Regulations under the Rabbit Destruction

Ordinance 1919-1959.*

, make the following Regulations under the Rabbit Destruction

AMENDMENTS OF THE RABBIT DESTRUCTION REGULATIONS.t

1. Regulation 2 of the Rabbit Destruction Regulations is amended by Definitions,

omitting the definitions of " Crown Land ", " Director-General", " Holding ",

" Noxious Animal" and " Occupier ".

2. Regulation 5 of the Rabbit Destruction Regulations is amended— Forms of

application

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words "be made in for purchase

3. Regulations 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the Rabbit Destruction Repeal.
