Regulations under the Public Health Ordinance 1928.*

I, RALPH JAMES DUNNET HUNT, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Public Health Ordinance 1928.

AMENDMENTS OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH (SALE OF FOOD AND DRUGS)

REGULATIONS!

1 . Regulation 2 of the Public Health (Sale of Food and Drugs) Regulations

is repealed.

2 . The Public Health (Sale of Food and Drugs) Regulations are amended as

set out in the Schedule.
