I DONALD ALASTAIR CAMERON, the Minister of State for Health, 1928-1951, hereby make the following Regulation. , in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Public Health Ordinance

AMENDMENTS OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH (INFECTIOUS AND

NOTIFIABLE DISEASES) REGULATIONS.!

Regulation 3 of the Public Health (Infectious and Notifiable Diseases) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after paragraph (a) of the definition of " notifiable

disease " in sub-regulation (1.) the following paragraph:—

" («a) breast abscess occurring within six weeks of child-

birth; "; and

(b) by inserting after paragraph (k) of that definition the following

paragraph:—

" (ka) mastitis occurring within six weeks of childbirth; ".
