Regulations under the Public Health Ordinance
T WILLIAM MORRIS H U G H E S , Minister of State for Health, -»-, acting for and behalf of the Minister of State for the Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Seat of Government (AdministraliGn) Ordinance 1930 and the Public Healik Ordinance 1928-1980,-hereby make: the following Regulations.

| Compensation, | 1. Regulation I I of the Puhlic Health (Dairy) Regulations is " (5.) Where an authorized A^eterinary officer requires an animal to be destroyed, the Minister shall pay to the owner of the animal a sum equivalent to 50 per centum of the value of the animal as assessed in accordance with this regulation, and if the animal is sold for slaughter, or the animal is destroyed and the carcass sold, the proceeds of the sale shall be payable to, and shall be retained by, the Common- wealth." |
