Regulations under, the Pounds Ordinance 1928-1959.*

I GORDON FREETH, the Minister of State for the Interior, hereby	1928-1959.
,	make the following Regulations under the Pounds Ordinance

AMENDMENTS OF THE POUNDS REGULATIONS.!

1. Regulation 3 of the Pounds Regulations is amended by omitting the Definitions.

words " and any reference to a form shall be deemed to be a reference to

a form in the Schedule to these Regulations".

2. Regulation 13 of the Pounds Regulations is amended by omitting statement or
from sub-regulation (1.) the words " i n accordance with Form 1 " and ĵ pounitod.
inserting in their stead the words " containing such information as the
pound-keeper requires ".

3. Regulation 19 of the Pounds Regulations is amended by omitting payment of fees the words " Department of Works " and inserting in their stead the words p̂ bUĉ Joneys " Department of the Interior ".

4. Regulation 22 of the Pounds Regulations is repealed. Repeal. 5. Regulation 23 of the Pounds Regulations is amended by omitting Monthly

6. Regulations 27 and 28 of the Pounds Regulations are repealed.	Repeal.

7. Regulation 29 of the Pounds Regulations is amended by omitting Notice of

8. Regulations 31 and 32 of the Pounds Regulations are repealed.	Repeal.

9. The Schedule to the Pounds Regulations is amended by omitting j ne Schedule.
