A M E N D M E N T S O F T H E P O L I C E S U P E R A N N U A T I O N

R E G U L A T I O N S .

1. Regulation 3 of the Police Superannuation Regulations is Definitions,

amended—

(a) by omitting from the definition of " the Independent Board " the word " Attorney-General " and inserting in its stead the word " Minister " ;

(b) by omitting from the definition of " t h e Depa r tmen t " the words " Attorney-General's Depa r tmen t " and inserting in their stead the words " Department of the Interior " ; and

(c) by omitting from the definition of " the Secre tary" the words " Attorney-General's Depa r tmen t " and inserting in their stead the words " Department of the Interior ".

2. Regulation 8 of the Police Superannuation Regulations is Prescribed
