Regulations under the Police Ordinance 1927-1959.*

I GORDON FREETH, the Minister of State for the Interior, hereby 1927-1959.

, make the following Regulations under the Police Ordinance

Dated this thirty-first day of December, 1959.

AMENDMENTS OF THE POLICE REGULATIONS.!

1. Regulation 2 of the Police Regulations is amended by omitting Definitions,

sub-regulation (2.).

from sub-regulation (4.) the words " a person who has the qualifications ^ j ^ 1 6 by 2. Regulation 11A of the Police Regulations is amended by omitting offences

of a Stipendiary or Police Magistrate of the Commonwealth or a State or

of " and inserting in their stead the words " a Magistrate or ".
