Regulations under the Police Ordinance 1927-1975.*

I, KEPPEL EARL ENDERBY, the Minister of State for Police and Customs,

hereby make the following Regulations under the Police Ordinance 1927-1975.

A M E N D M E N T S OF THE POLICE REGULATIONSt

1. Regulation 2 of the Police Regulations is amended by omitting the defini­

tion of " the Secretary " and substituting the following definition:—

" ' Permanent Head ' means the Permanent Head of the Department of

Police and Customs;".

2 . Regulation 15A of the Police Regulations is amended— :
(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the word "Secretary" (where- ever occurring) and substituting the words " Permanent Head "; and \
(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (4) the word " Secretary " (where- ever occurring) and substituting the words " Permanent Head ".

3 . Regulation 16 of the Police Regulations is amended by omitting from sub- regulation (2 ) the word "Secretary" (wherever occurring) and substituting the words " Permanent Head ".
