Regulations under the Police Ordinance 1927-1975.*

I, ERIC LAIDLAW ROBINSON, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Police Ordinance 1927-1975.

AMENDMENTS OF THE POLICE REGULATIONS!

1. Regulation 2 of the Police Regulations is amended by omitting the

definition of " Permanent Head ".

2.   Regulation 15A of the Police Regulations is amended—

(a)

by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the words "Permanent Head" (wherever occurring) and substituting the word " Minister "; and

(b)

by omitting from sub-regulation (4) the words " Permanent Head " (wherever occurring) and substituting the word " Minister ".

3 . Regulation 16 of the Police Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-

regulation (2) the words " Permanent Head" (wherever occurring) and sub­

stituting the word " Minister ".
