Regulations under the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Ordinance 1933 1

I, RALPH JAMES D U N N E T HUNT, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Poisons and Danger­ ous Drugs Ordinance 1933.

A M E N D M E N T S O F THE POISONS REGULATIONS 2

1. Regulation 12 of the Poisons Regulations is amended by omitting

from paragraph (b) " loca l" .

2. Regulations 5 to 11 (inclusive), 14, 15, 17,18,19,20 and 21 of the

Poisons Regulations are repealed.
