Regulations under the Plant Diseases Ordinance 1934-1959.*

I GORDON FREETH, the Minister of State for the Interior hereby 1934-1959.
, make the following Regulations under the Plant Diseases Ordinance

Dated this thirty-first day of December, 1959.

AMENDMENTS OF THE PLANT DISEASES REGULATIONS.!

omitting the words " in Form D in the Fourth Schedule" and inserting trees- 1. Regulation 33 of the Plant Diseases Regulations is amended by Neglected

in their stead the words " in writing ".

2. Regulation 34 of the Plant Diseases Regulations is amended by Owner liable
