Regulations under the Plant Diseases Ordinance 1934*
I, ROBERT JAMES ELLICOTT, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Plant Diseases Ordinance 1934.

AMENDMENTS OF THE PLANT DISEASES REGULATIONS!
1. Regulation 2 of the Plant Diseases Regulations is repealed.
2. Regulation 20 of the Plant Diseases Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:
"20 . (1) A person shall not sell within the Territory, or export from the Territory, fruit packed in a case unless the case is of a descrip tion specified in column 1 of the Second Schedule and has the internal dimensions specified in column 2 of that Schedule opposite to that description.
" (2) In this regulation, ' case' does not include a bag or sack.".

3. The First Schedule to the Plant Diseases Regulations is repealed
and the following Schedule substituted:
