Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936-1974.*

I, G O R D O N M U N R O B R Y A N T , the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936- 1974.

A M E N D M E N T S OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE (THIRD PARTY INSURANCE)

REGULATIONS!

1 . Regulation 16 of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) the words " Sixty-seven dollars ninety cents " and substituting the symbol and figures " $73 .80".

2 . (1) The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by adding at the end of Part I the following paragraphs:—

" (o ) Veteran Vehicle.—A motor vehicle that was manufactured before 1

January 1919.

" (p) Vintage Vehicle.—A motor vehicle that was manufactured before 1

January 1931.".

( 2 ) The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is further amended by omitting Part II and substituting the following Part:—

14; 1962, N o . 12; 1963, No . 9; 1964, No. 6; 1968, No . 7; 1971, No . 12; 1974, Nos. 2 and IS; and 1975, N o . 5.

3 . The amendments made by these Regulations apply to and in relation to
