Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936*

I, ROBERT JAMES ELLICOTT, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor

Traffic Ordinance 1936.

AMENDMENTS OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE (THIRD PARTY

INSURANCE) REGULATIONS!

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 22 May 1978.

2. Regulation 16 of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance)
Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) " $98.00 "

and substituting " $ 1 0 0 . 0 0 " .

3. The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting Part II and substituting the following Part:
