I, ROBERT JAMES ELLICOTT, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

A M E N D M E N T S OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE (THIRD PARTY

INSURANCE) REGULATIONS 2

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 23 April 1979.

2. Regulation 16 of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "$100 .00" and substituting " $ 131.00 ".

3. The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting Part II and substituting the follow­ ing Part:
