Regulation under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936-1951.*

T WILFRED SELWYN KENT HUGHES, the Minister of State A, for the Interior, in pursuance, of the powers conferred on me hy the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936-1951, hereby make the following Regulation.

AMENDMENTS OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE (THIRD PARTY

INSURANCE) REGULATIONS.

The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) First schedule

Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting item number 9 and inserting in its stead the

following item:—

" 9 Motor Cycle.—Any motor vehicle, not included in Class 10 or 12, which has less than four wheels and is steered by means of a handle bar or a tiller—

(a) where the engine of the motor cycle is rated at more than one horse- power

where the engine of the

motor cycle is rated a t

(b) by omitting from the column headed "Premium" each of the amounts set out in that column (other than the amount set out opposite item 9), being the amounts respectively set out in the first column of the Schedule to this regula- tion, and inserting in its stead the amount shown opposite to it in the second column of that last-mentioned Schedule.
