Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936'

I, ROBERT JAMES ELLICOTT, the Minister of State for the Capital Terri­ tory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ord­ inance 1936.

AMENDMENTS OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE (THIRD PARTY

INSURANCE) REGULATIONS 2

Premium rates

1. Regulation 16 of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regu­ lations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "$131.00" and substi­ tuting "$150.00".

First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regu­

lations is amended by omitting Part II and substituting the following Part:
