Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936*

I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

AMENDMENTS OF THE MOTOR OMNIBUS REGULATIONS!

1.   Regulation 3 of the Motor Omnibus Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "Except as provided by the next succeeding sub-regulation, these Regulations " and substituting " These Regulations "; and

(b) by omitting sub-regulation ( 2 ) .

2. Division 1 of Part IV of the Motor Omnibus Regulations is

repealed.

3 . Regulation 94 of the Motor Omnibus Regulations is repealed.
