Hereby make the following Regulations.

(1.) The Clerk of the Court shall—

(a ) collect the moneys due under any such order and for that purpose take all necessary proceedings for enforcing pay- ment as provided in sub-section (2.) of section 8 of the Ordinance; and

(b) transmit the moneys so collected to the clerk of the court

from which the order originally issued.".
