Regulations under the Leases Ordinance 1918-1972.*

hereby m a k e the following Regulations under the Leases Ordinance 1918-1972.

A M E N D M E N T S OF THE LEASES REGULATIONS!

1. Regulat ion 10 of the Leases Regulations is repealed and the following

regulation subst i tuted:—

" 10. Notwi ths tanding anything contained in the Regulations, the Minister

may , if he thinks fit, wi thout inviting applications for a lease, grant a lease t o

any	person." .
2 . Regulat ions 11 , 16 and 17 of the Leases Regulat ions are repealed.
