Regulations under the Industrial Board Ordinance

1936-1939.

I Commonwealth of Australia, in pursuance of the powers conferred I ' the Industrial Board Ordinanrc 193G-1(J3'J, hereby make the follow- ing Regulations.

AMENDMENTS OE THE INDUSTRIAL BOARD

REGULATIONS.

1. Regulation l.\ of the Industrial Board Regulations is amended Paris,

by adding at the end thereof the words " Pa r t IV.—Miscellaneous."

2. After regulation 15 of the Industrial Board Regulations, the following Part and regulation are inserted:—

" PART IV.—MISCELLANEOUS.

(2.) Whenever the office of the deputy of the member of the Board who is the representative of private employers becomes vacant, the person to he appointed to the vacant office shall he determined by nomination in writing by the Canberra Chamber of Commerce.

(3.) Whenever the office of a deputy of a member of the Board who is the representative of Commonwealth employees or of private employees becomes vacant, the person to be appointed to the vacant office shall be determined by election in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Board Election Regulations.".
