I, RALPH JAMES DUNNET HUNT, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Health Commission Ordinance 1975.

AMENDMENTS OF THE HEALTH COMMISSION (CHARGES)
REGULATIONS!
1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 9 November
1978.
2. Regulation 4 of the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations
is amended—
(a)
by omitting from paragraph (a) " $20.65 " and substituting " $20.90 ";
(b)
by omitting from paragraph (b) " $22.08 " and substituting "$22.33 ";
(c)
by omitting from paragraph (c) " $23.51 " and substituting "$23.76";
(d)
by omitting from paragraph (d) " $26.65 " and substituting "$26.90";
(e)
by omitting from paragraph (e) " $28.08 " and substituting " $28.33 "; and
(f)
by omitting from paragraph (f) " $29.51 "' and substituting " $29.76 ".
