A M E N D M E N T S OF THE HEALTH COMMISSION (CHARGES)

REGULATIONS 2

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1979.

2. Regulation 7 of the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations is

amended—

(a )	by omitting from paragraph (1) (a ) " $ 5 0 " and " $ 1 . 3 0 " and substituting " $70 " and " $ 1.80 " respectively;
(b )	by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) " $ 5 0 " and substituting
" $ 7 0 " ; and
(c)	by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "$75" and substituting " $ 1 5 0 " .
