I, RALPH JAMES D U N N E T HUNT, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Health Com mission Ordinance 1975.

REGULATIONS 2
1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 8 November
1979.
2. Regulation 4 of the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations is
amended—
| (a) | by omitting from paragraph (a) " $ 2 0 . 9 0 " and substituting "$23 .15" ; | |
| (b ) | by omitting from paragraph (b) " $ 2 2 . 3 3 " and substituting "$24 .58" ; | |
| (c) | by omitting from paragraph (c) " $ 2 3 . 7 6 " and substituting " $ 2 6 . 0 1 " ; | |
| (d) | by omitting from paragraph (d) " $ 2 6 . 9 0 " and substituting "$29 .15" ; | |
| (e) | by omitting from paragraph (e) " $ 2 8 . 3 3 " and substituting | |
