Regulations under the Health Commission Ordinance 1975*

AMENDMENTS OF THE HEALTH COMMISSION (CHARGES)

REGULATIONS!

1. Regulation 7 of the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations

is amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "$40" and " $1 " and substituting " $50 " and " $1.30 " respectively;
(b)	by omitting from paragraph (l)(b) " $40" and substitut­ ing " $50 ";
(c)	by omitting from sub-regulation (2) " $100 for every period of 8 hours " and substituting " $75 for every period of 4 hours "; and
(d)	by omitting from sub-regulation (3) " sub-regulation (1) " (first occurring) and substituting " sub-regulation (2) ".

2. The Schedule to the Health Commission (Charges) Regulations is repealed and the following schedule substituted:

3. (1) The amendment effected by regulation 2 does not apply in relation to a dental service provided by the Commission where any act forming part of the provision of that service was done before the commencement of these Regulations.

(2) The Health Commission (Charges) Regulations, as in force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations, continue to apply in relation to a dental service provided by the Commission where any act forming part of the provision of that service was done before the commencement of these Regulations.
