T W I L F R E D S E L W Y N K E N T H U G H E S , Minister of State for JL, the Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Building and Services Ordinance 1924-1942, hereby make the following Regulations.

AMENDMENTS OF THE GARBAGE REGULATIONS s.

1. Regulation 4 of the Garbage Regulations is amended by inserting segregation of

5. After regulation 10 of the Garbage Regulations the following regulation is inserted :—

" 10A. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Regulations, special
