Regulations under the Education Ordinance 1937 1956.*

GORDON FREETH, the Minister of State for the Interior, hereby make

the following Regulations under the Education Ordinance 1937-1956.

AMENDMENTS OF THE EDUCATION REGULATIONS.t

1. Regulation 4 3 A of the Education Regulation is amended— Nursery
Kindergarten

(a) by omitting from sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph («) of sub- Teacher

regulation (3.) the words " Two hundred and eighty pounds "	Scholarships.
(wherever occurring) and inserting in their stead the words " Three hundred and forty-four pounds ";

(b) by omitting from sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of sub- regulation (3.) the words " One hundred and eighty pounds " (wherever occurring) and inserting in their stead the words " Two hundred and fifteen pounds "; and

(c) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (3.) the words " Fifteen pounds" and inserting in their stead the words " Twenty pounds ".

2. The amendments made by the last preceding regulation apply in Application of

respect of the year 1959 and subsequent years. amendments.
