Ordinance 1937-1942, hereby make the following Regulations.

A M E N D M E N T S OF T H E E D U C A T I O N R E G U L A T I O N S .

1. Regulation 18 of the Education Regulations is amended— circumstances

(a) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1.) the school

words "dependants of the parents or guardian a r e " and yrant not	inserting in their stead the words " number of members iM5'able-
in a family i s " ;

(b) by omitting from that paragraph the words " t h e word ' dependant ' includes " and inserting in their stead the words " there shall be included in determining the number of members in a family any parent or guardian a n d " ; and

(c) by omitting from that paragraph the words "does not inc lude" and inserting in their stead the words " there shall not he included ".

2. Regulation 27 of the Education Regulations is. amended— Cauiidates
