Regulations under the Education Ordinance 1937-1947.*

Education Ordinance 1937-1947, hereby make the following Regulations.

A M E N D M E N T S OF T H E E D U C A T I O N R E G U L A T I O N S .

omitting from paragraph (<z) of sub-regulation (3.) the words " One xeachefaneQ 1.—i(l.) Regulation 43A of the Education Regulations is amended by Nursery

hundred and twenty pounds " and inserting in their stead the words Scholarships.
" One hundred and sixty pounds ".

(2.) Regulation 43A of the Education Regulations as amended by the last preceding sub-regulation shall apply, in respect of the year One thousand nine hundred and forty-nine and subsequent years, to all Nursery Kindergarten Teacher Scholarships, whether awarded before or after the commencement of this regulation.

2.   The Third Schedule to the Education Regulations is amended— Third schedule. ( a ) by omitting from the form of bond contained therein the

words " O n e hundred and twenty pounds (£120) " (twice

* occurring) ; and

(b) by omitting from that form the words " T w o hundred and

eighty pounds (£280) ".
