Regulations under the Dentists Registration Ordinance 1931'

I, RALPH JAMES D U N N E T HUNT, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Dentists Registration Ordinance 1931.

A M E N D M E N T S O F THE DENTAL REGULATIONS 2

1. After regulation 1 of the Dental Regulations, the following regu­ lation is inserted:

"1A. In these Regulations, ' the Ordinance' means the Dentists Registration Ordinance 1931." .

2. Regulations 4 and 5 of the Dental Regulations are repealed and the following regulations substituted:

" 4 . The following are the prescribed particulars relating to a person for the purposes of sub-sections 20 (1), 23c (1) and 23H (1) of the Ordinance:

" 5 . The prescribed fee for the purposes of sub-sections 2 2 ( 3 ) , 23A (3), 23E (1), 23F (1) , 23K (1) and 23L (1) is $2.10.".
(a )	the number allocated to the entry of the person's name;

(b) the date of registration;

(c)	in the case of a person registered as a dentist—the professional address of the person;
(d)	in the case of a person registered as a dental assistant or dental hygienist—the address of the person by whom the first- mentioned person is employed;
(e)	the qualifications by reason of which the person was entitled to be registered or to apply for registration.

3. Regulation 6 of the Dental Regulations is amended by adding at

the end thereof the following sub-regulations:

" ( 2 ) A certificate issued for the purpose of sub-section 23E (2) of the

Ordinance shall be in accordance with the following form:

4. Regulation 7 of the Dental Regulations is amended by omitting " the Dentists Registration Ordinance 1931-1963" and substituting "the Ordinance".
