Regulations under the Companies Ordinance 1962-1976.*

I, JOHN WINSTON HOWARD, the Minister of State for Business and Consumer Affairs, acting for and on behalf of the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth, hereby make the following Regulations under the Companies Ordinance 1962-1976.

AMENDMENTS OF THE COMPANIES REGULATIONS!

1.  Regulation 8 of the Companies Regulations is amended—

(a)	by omitting from sub-paragraph (a) (i) the figures and words " Si inches deep by 5i inches wide " and substituting the figures and words " 2 1 0 millimetres deep by 140 millimetres widj ";
(b)	by omitting from paragraph (d) the words " one inch on the left-hand side and not less than one-half of an inch " and substituting the figures and words " 25 millimetres on the left-hand side and not less than 15 millimetres"; and
(c)	by omitting from sub-paragraph (e) (ii) the words "one inch" and substituting the figures and word " 25 millimetres ".

2.  The Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations is amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (b) of Form 17 the words " three miles " and substituting the figure and word " 5 kilometres ";
(b)	by omitting from paragraph (a) of Form 25 the words " three miles " and substituting the figure and word " 5 kilometres ";
(c)	by omitting from item 7 of Form 45 the words " secretary" and " SECRETARY" and substituting the words " secretaries" and " SECRETARIES " respectively; and
(d)	by omitting from paragraph (b) of Form 50 the words "three miles " and substituting the figure and word " 5 kilometres ".
