Regulations under the Companies Ordinance 1962. *

I, JOHN WINSTON HOWARD, the Minister of State for Business and Consumer Affairs, hereby make the following Regulations under the Companies Ordinance 1962.

AMENDMENTS OF THE COMPANIES REGULATIONS!

1. Regulation 12 of the Companies Regulations is amended by omitting

from paragraph ( l ) ( b ) the words " by the Attorney-General" and substituting

the words and figures "under sub-section 79 (1) of the Ordinance".

2 . Form 51 in the Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations is amended

by omitting the words " Attorney-General of the Commonwealth" and sub­
stituting the words " Minister of State for Business and Consumer Affairs ".

3. Form 91 in the Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations is amended by omitting the words " Attorney-General of the Commonwealth" and sub­ stituting the words " Minister of State for Business and Consumer Affairs ".
