Regulations under the Companies Ordinance 1962.*

I, JOHN WINSTON HOWARD, the Minister of State for Business and Consumer Affairs, acting for and on behalf of the Attorney-General, hereby make the following Regulations under the Companies Ordinance 1962.

AMENDMENTS OF THE COMPANIES AUDITORS BOARD R E G U L A T i O N S f

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1976.

2. Regulation 5 of the Companies Auditors Board Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:—

" 5. The prescribed fee for the purpose of a provision of the Ordinance specified in Column 1 of the following table is the amount specified in Column 2 of that table opposite to the reference to that provision in Column 1.
