Regulations under the Comnionwealth Motor Omnibus

Services Ordinance 1955.

, pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by the Commonwealth

Motor Omnibus Services Ordinance 1955, hereby make the following

Eegulations.

A M E N D M E N T S OF T H E C O M M O N W E A L T H MOTOR
O M N I B U S F A R E S R E G U L A T I O N S . !

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the third day of commencement.

December, 1956.

Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulations (2.) , (3.) faree- 2. Regulation 0 of the Commonwealth Motor Omnibus Fares children's

and (4.) the words " O n e p e n n y " and inserting in their stead the

word " Threepence ".

3. Regulation 10 of the Commonwealth Motor Omnibus Fares Exemptions.

Regulations is amended by inserting before paragraph (a) of sub- regulation (2.) the following paragraph:—

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

" (aa) in relation to a child travelling in an omnibus provided specially for school children travelling to or from school; ".
