Regulations under the Co-operative Societies

hereby make the following Regulations.

AMENDMENTS OF THE CO-OPERATIVE TRADING SOCIETIES REGULATIONS.f

1. Regulation 1 of the Co-operative Trading Societies Regulations Citation,

is amended by omitting the word " Trading ".

2. Regulation 12 of the Co-operative Trading Societies Regulations Fees,

is amended—

(a ) by omitting from paragraph (a) the words " Two shil l ings"

and inserting in their stead the words " Five shillings " ;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) the words " S i x shi l l ings" and inserting in their stead the words " Fifteen shillings " ; and

(c) by omitting from paragraph (c) the word " Sixpence " and

inserting in its stead the words " One shil l ing".

3. The Schedule to the Co-operative Trading Societies Regulations The schedule- amended— Forms Q and B.

t	(a) by omitting from Form Q the words "Companies (Regn. of Securities) Act. 1918 " and inserting in their stead the

words "Companies A c t " ; and

(b) by omitting from Form R the words " Companies (Regn. of Securities) Act, 1918 " and inserting in their stead the words " Companies Act ".
