Regulations under the Co-operative Societies Ordinance 1939'

I, ROBERT JAMES ELLICOTT, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Co­ operative Societies Ordinance 1939.

A M E N D M E N T S OF THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES

REGULATIONS 2

1. Regulation 16 of the Co-operative Societies Regulations is

repealed and the following regulations are substituted:

"16 . The register referred to in paragraph 42 (2) (b) of the

Ordinance shall be in accordance with Form N.

" 16A. The register referred to in paragraph 42 (2) (ba) of the Ordi­

lations the following Form is inserted:

2. The Schedule to the Co-operative Societies Regulations is
amended by omitting "borrowing powers" from item (5) in Part A of
Form C and substituting "powers enabling the society to raise moneys".

3. The Schedule to the Co-operative Societies Regulations is amended by omitting "Securi ty" from the heading to the sixth column of Form N and substituting "Proper ty" .

4. After Form N in the Schedule to the Co-operative Societies Regu­
