By-laws under the Canberra Theatre Trust Ordinance

T H E C A N B E R R A T H E A T R E T R U S T , in pursuance of the authori ty con­

ferred upon it by the Canberra Theatre Trust Ordinance 1965-1974, hereby makes , subject to the approval of the Minister of State for the Capital Terr i tory, the following By-laws.

Made this thirtieth day of September, 1975, by the Canberra Thea t re Trust

under its common seal, which was hereunto duly affixed in the presence of:

1. By-law 2 of the Canber ra Thea t r e Cent re By-laws is amended by inserting

after the definition of " prescribed period " the following definit ion:—

" ' r e s t au r an t ' includes that par t of the Centre delineated by cross

hachur ing on the plan in the Schedule;".
